My goal weight=125
Over the past few months I have tried so many different things but I have found that what works for one person was not the right thing for me and my body. I realized that in order to make myself happy I have to do this my way.

I’m happy with my weight, I fall of the wagon, I get back on track, I’m happy, I fall off, I’m skinny, I’m chubby, Its muscle, Its fat, I’m so annnoyed.
Finally got a gym membership!!! Worked out for an hour doing an upper body workout then ran 4 miles my weight has gone from 144 to 142 and I’m feeling more and more confident as the days are passing. I’m clean eating and staying busy. I will be strong, fit, and healthy if it kills me!
