So I’m loving Piyo! It’s high energy I feel the burn and am even sore today but the good sore!!!! I wake up looking forward to the workouts and am sad that today is a rest day! Haha but I’m also marathon training for the Marine Corps Marathon in October so it’s a perfect balance of cardio and strength training!

So today was day 3 of Piyo and it’s awesome!!! I have no experience with yoga or Pilates and yet I am able to do these DVDs because they give you a DVD that WALKS YOU THROUGH EACH MOVE SLOWLY so that when it’s time to start you know the lingo and a gist of what it’s supposed to look like!!! I also am able to follow a modifier when I can’t do the advance moves properly!!! It’s all about alignment!

Down 48 lbs since January 2013 by using Weight Watchers off and on.
So not fitness related but last night my friends and I got picked out of thousands to go on stage with 30 Seconds to Mars one of my favorite bands and sing closer to the edge during their encore! Best night ever!!!!
