Lets see, today felt good.
I ate a lot of carbs today more than normal but I guess that’s what my body needed. Eating was very clean today, I managed to limit snacking. Except for in one of my classes “Emily” brought animal crackers to class…I really didn’t want any but she kept shoving the bag in my face until I took some…Ugh annoying much??? I really needed more vegetable I don’t think I ate any today. That will be a goal for tomorrow. As for todays goals I was at 24 grams of fat, which I am so happy about. I ended up running 3 miles instead of the planned 4 but I did run. And I was happy today.
